Doorstep is a beta service run by Webcraft Solutions. By using it you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales.

Agents

You must hold the licence or certificate of registration needed under the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW). You are responsible for your listing content. Listings must:

• name the agency marketing the property;
• be accurate and not misleading (Australian Consumer Law);
• not underquote — any price or price guide must be a genuine estimate, no lower than the seller's asking price or your written estimate;
• use only photos you have the right to use.

You are responsible for the visitor information you receive. Use it only for the purposes in the collection notice, and send marketing only to people who agreed to it.

Visitors

Listing information comes from the agent and is a guide only. Make your own enquiries before buying.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Doorstep is in beta, and features may change.
